Yoga, the Breath, and the Holy One facilitated by Senior student Keith Voets, RYT-200. This program, geared both to beginners as well as to long-time practitioners, will explore yoga postures and breathwork as healthful and powerful components in Christian spiritual practice and wellness. Please come and join Keith on Friday, October 28 from 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. in Sherred 1B. If you don’t own a yoga mat, no problem; all you’ll need will be supplied. Loose clothing is recommended, and you will be asked to be barefoot for part or all of this workshop.
